Quick Troubleshooting

  • Tables not loading: Refresh the page; confirm you’re in the correct company.
  • SQL errors: Ensure one statement only; verify lowercase table/column names.
  • Linked refresh failures: Check source permissions and primary keys on the view/table.
  • Charts missing in exports: Allow a moment for charts to finish rendering before export.
